The International Young Patrons gala is an evening filled with glamour and extravagant outfits hosted by Mandy Welkens. But more importantly, it’s an evening where the Young Patrons Circle celebrates our young
opera and ballet talent. The black tie gala took place on June 8 exclusively for ages 18-40, featuring a specially curated Opera and Ballet program,
filled with diverse snippets. And a glimpse behind the scenes: what is life like there? How are
our artists and staff preparing for this gala?
Following the performance on the Main Stage, the public was able to celebrate in the foyer of
Dutch National Opera & Ballet with other young culture fans and the evening’s artists.
